Lynne Franco is Vice President for Technical Assistance and Evaluation at EnCompass LLC. She has been involved with designing and implementing utilization-focused evaluations for over 20 years, in health, education, governance, relief and resiliency for at project, portfolio, and organizational levels. She has extensive experience in using social and organizational network analysis for evaluations, especially for examining how networks of organizations working on specific health issues work together to achieve their objectives, both global networks and those in specific countries. Her work on the community of organizations working on stillbirth issues has been published in the Lancet; click here and here to read more. She is especially skilled in helping translate social and organizational network results in ways that are meaningful to clients. Dr. Franco has facilitated skill building sessions for the American Evaluation Association and for USAID. She holds an MHS in Health Planning and a ScD in International Health Systems from the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health.
