The Evaluators’ Institute has partnered with IMPAQ to deliver evaluation training and develop monitoring and evaluation capacities in Bosnia-Herzegovina under USAID’s Monitoring and Evaluation Support Activity (MEASURE-BiH). This USAID-funded effort seeks to strengthen local capacity to evaluate the impact of public policy and legislative solutions targeting the challenges faced by Bosnia-Herzegovina. More than 300 individuals applied for the training program and 60 were selected to form two training cohorts of Evaluation Fellows. The trainees are members of local universities, NGOs, legal practices, and other local organizations. The success of this USAID-funded effort is illustrated by increased awareness of local municipalities requesting additional evaluation studies, and supported by multiple impact studies.
