Refund Policy

Participants who need to cancel their program registration will be offered a credit (less a $200 processing fee) that can be applied to any future TEI courses.

Participants who cancel their program registration two weeks prior to the start of their scheduled class will receive a credit for 75% of their tuition cost (less a $200 processing fee); participants who cancel their program registration one week prior to the start of their scheduled class will receive a credit for 50% of their tuition cost (less a $200 processing fee).

It is not possible to offer a credit or a refund for cancellation requests made less than two business days prior to a course. Credits or refunds will also not be issued due to technical issues such as problems with internet connectivity or inability to download/access Zoom.

Please contact tei@cgu.edu if you have a special circumstance, and would like to request a refund for a cancelled course rather than a credit. Approved credits and refunds may take three to four weeks to process.
