The following Early Bird Discounts are available for our Fall 2021 program:
- 15% for those who register on or before August 20, 2021. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
- 10% for those who register between August 21, 2021, and September 6, 2021. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
Please do not proceed with registration and payment if you need assistance with the discount code as we cannot retroactively apply the discount without an administrative refund fee. If you have any questions please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A Group Discount of 20% is available for groups of 3 or more individuals who register together. This discount is available throughout the registration period, but requires that all individuals register at the same time. Please note that this discount will not be automatically applied through our online system and must be accessed by contacting us at email@example.com before registration.
A Multi-Course Discount of 20% is available to individuals who register for 3 or more TEI courses at once. This discount is available throughout the registration period, but requires that individuals register for all courses at the same time. Please note that this discount will not be automatically applied through our online system and must be accessed by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org before registration.
Note that discounts cannot be combined and Group or Multi-Course discounts are not automatically applied at the time of registration.
Payment for all TEI courses must be made within 30 calendar days of registration.
Participants employed by the federal government, and who are paying for a TEI workshop using an SF-182, must make payment within 60 calendar days of registration.
Participants who need to cancel their program registration will be offered a credit (less a $200 processing fee) that can be applied to any future TEI workshops.
Participants who cancel their program registration two weeks prior to the start of their scheduled class will receive a credit for 75% of their tuition cost (less a $200 processing fee); participants who cancel their program registration one week prior to the start of their scheduled class will receive a credit for 50% of their tuition cost (less a $200 processing fee).
It is not possible to offer a credit or a refund for cancellation requests made less than two business days prior to a workshop. Credits or refunds will also not be issued due to technical issues such as problems with internet connectivity.
Please contact email@example.com if you have a special circumstance, and would like to request a refund for a cancelled course rather than a credit. Approved credits and refunds may take three to four weeks to process.
All course materials will be housed in our Canvas Learning Management platform. Participants will be sent an email with login instructions to access the Canvas platform a week prior to the start of each course.
