Wanda brings to Equal Measure extensive experience designing and implementing culturally responsive capacity building and evaluation frameworks, with an emphasis on education and healthcare. She uses a systems approach to integrate the social and organizational context into program strategy and evaluation. For example, Wanda has directed the design and implementation of numerous projects focusing on the cognitive development and performance of students of color, and other vulnerable students in K-12 schools and higher education institutions.

Among other professional experiences, Wanda led a multi-state outcome evaluation of the National Science Foundation-funded Alliance for Graduate Education and the Professoriate initiative and designed and implemented evaluations of several 4H programs for the State of New York. She is an active and contributing member of the American Evaluation Association board and an emerging thought leader in the evaluation field on the practical implementation of culturally responsive principles.

Prior to joining Equal Measure, Wanda served as a managing associate for Community Science where, among other projects, she provided coaching and technical assistance for organizational improvement using culturally responsive principles. She was also a specialist master/evaluation for Deloitte Consulting, and served as an education evaluation consultant for Case Western Reserve University/Northern Ohio Alliance, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and North Carolina State University.
