The following Early Bird Discounts are available for our December 2017 program:
- 15% for those who register between now and November 7th. Please ensure that you input and apply the discount code 2017TEI during the registration process.
- 10% for those who register between November 8th and November 21st. Please ensure that you input and apply the discount code 2017TEI during the registration process.

A Group Discount of 20% is available for groups of 3 or more individuals who register together. This discount is available throughout the registration period, but requires that all individuals register at the same time. Please note that this discount will not be automatically applied through our online system and must be accessed by contacting us at tei@cgu.edu.
A Multi-Course Discount of 20% is available to individuals who register for 3 or more TEI courses at once. This discount is available throughout the registration period, but requires that individuals register for all courses at the same time. Refund Policy
In the event that a participant needs to cancel their program registration:
Full refunds (less a $200 processing fee) will be made up to 3 weeks prior to the beginning of the TEI program. Refunds are generally not issued for cancellations requested within 3 weeks of the TEI program delivery. If special circumstances arise during that time period, participants must notify the team at tei@cgu.edu as soon as possible to address the situation.
Approved refunds may take 3 to 4 weeks to process.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather during a training session in Washington, DC, TEI follows the Federal Government. If the U.S. Government is closed, TEI will also close.
In the event of inclement weather during a training session outside of the Washington, DC area, please contact the hotel where the training is held for guidance. TEI follows local governments in terms of program closures.
In the event of a course cancellation due to inclement weather, TEI will issue course vouchers to be used at a future training session of your choice.
